About me
‘Hi! I’m very happy you are here!
During our meetings you’ll receive my attention, empathy, kindness and understanding.
I specialize in providing psychological support and transformational coaching.
We can meet either online (from anywhere) or live (Kraków, Institute of Psychoeducation and Integral Development).
I graduated from psychology faculty (master’s studies at the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Philosophy 2002-2007) and postgraduate studies in psycho-oncology (Collegium Medicum UJ 2020 – 2021), and I also completed many training courses in the field of coaching (accredited by International Coaching Federation).

Education

I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation

A few years ago I took part in the coaching process myself and I was amazed with its effects. Before that, I was taking part in my own psychotherapy. Therefore, I decided to take a closer look at the subject and eventually I decided to become a coach myself (it’s continuous learning, which has been ongoing since 2016 and started at the Krauthammer school, then Coachwise – a school accredited by the ICF, and the School of Professional Coaching at the Institute of Psychoeducation and Integral Development in Krakow – accredited by the Chamber of Coaching).
In my work your well-being is my top priority and when it comes to the methods and tools I propose the ones which can serve you the best (e.g. Rational Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, Solution Focused Approach, Transformative Presence).
I’ll accompany you in your professional and personal development, I’ll help you build your strengths and your potential. What personally drives and enriches me is traveling, both business and private, to various corners of the world.
I supervise my work on a regular basis and the base for my work is a Code of Ethics of ICF.
Peace, joy, health, my family, friends, animals, hobbies, passions are important values in my life.
I live a peaceful and happy life now, but that wasn’t always the case. There were many hardships in it, from childhood through early adulthood. Just when I thought that everything was fine, new health problems appeared for me and my family, and this had a strong impact on many relationships in my life.
It taught me that nothing in life is permanent and forever.
There is one quote from Mark Twain’s work which resonates with me strongly:
“I’ve been through terrible things in my life, and some of them really really happened”.
I invite you to work together towards better well-being and a better life.
The whole process usually consists of 4 – 12 hour meetings, which take place once a week or once every two weeks.
I am a psychologist and coach. I provide psychological support in various life situations, and, when possible, I support my clients with coaching. This work is directed towards the future. Every person is different, every relationship is different. Therefore, during the first meetings we will set the goal and principles of our cooperation, which will be the framework for our work together.
What is coaching? There are several definitions of coaching.
⇩
ICF (International Coaching Federation) definition:
Coaching is a method that allows you to effectively set and achieve important goals, increase satisfaction with professional and private life, become a more conscious leader, manager or parent. It fully uses the client’s potential, competences and skills. Identifies difficulties. He prepares to defeat them. It often translates into motivation and greater determination in action.
ICF defines coaching as accompanying the client in a creative process that provokes thinking and inspires them to maximize their professional and personal potential. There is individual, group and team coaching.
What is coaching for me?
It is a kind of valuable conversation that is a meeting of two people. During this conversation, we focus on your needs, on your goals. You as the client are at the center of this conversation and you will decide what we will work on together.
In this relationship, I as a coach will not tell you what to do, I will not give you any advice. However, what I will do is accompany you in your process by asking questions and inviting you to various types of exercises.
These questions and exercises will invite you to explore new areas where you have not been before, they will give you a chance to see what it is like to think or act differently. You will also get the opportunity to take a fresh look at areas you already know well. I hope these meetings will inspire you. Perhaps you will hear from me questions that no one else or you have ever asked yourself before.
Thanks to this process and thanks to your sincerity and commitment, you will discover and realize your goals and related needs. Which, I hope, will ultimately lead you to strengthen yourself, strengthen your agency and strengthen the influence on your own life. And perhaps you will discover something completely new, experience something that will change your life by 180 degrees. Or you will be able to accept what is and find new, creative solutions.
I know this may sound a bit pretentious at first. However, in practice, this definition manifests itself a little differently for everyone, because each of us has different goals and needs.
What is psychological support?
⇩
Psychological support is a form of short-term help, during which you will be able to talk about your problem and consider what form of help will be best for you. Psychological support is not psychotherapy. However, the consultation also gives you the opportunity to consider what form of help will be best for you: psychological support, psychoeducation, coaching or psychotherapy, or maybe mentoring or other form.
